The establishment of the Nazi party   In 1919 Hitler believed’ like many others’ in the Myth of  “ a knife in the back” and he did find what he had been looking for: a nationalistic anti-Semitic party – the “German worker Party” to which he joined. He started to organize the party, thus, by organizing meetings and giving fervent speeches. He dispersed and published the party’s manifesto which included  articles about anti-Semitism, the annulment of Versailles treaty, and demand to unite all the Germans in one great Germany. Hitler changed the name of the party to “The German national-socialist worker party” i.e., the Nazi party.  The flag was red with a white circle in the center on which was printed a black swastika , which symbolized the mission and the victory of the Arian man.
