תקציר העבודה

Executive summary The following presentation paper comes to present the integration of two new business functions, online catalog, and online customer support service. Those two business functions come to support the sell of a new product named Ojo. First invented by WorldGate Communication Inc, Ojo was developed as the world's first personal full motion video phone for end users. Today, Motorola is Ojo’s official distributor. Intel can join forces with Motorola and integrate its world famous wireless knowledge and take Ojo to the next level.
To be able to sell the new product to the IT generation, and to be able to change Intel’s image into a more young oriented company, it would be wise to use the Internet to market, sale, and give twenty four hours customer support. An online catalog, in addition to Intel’s distributors, can increase Intel’s profit. In considering this adventure, Intel’s top management needs to take in consideration several organizational change outcomes. Intel has never before sold a final product to the end user. This step will probably push into a cultural change. There are internal and external stakeholders that would be probably affected by the completion of this project. The internal stakeholders which are the employees, and senior managers, would probably be affected by the internal organization structure change.
