The first was a control group which had the standard procedure, The other group had a colonoscopy which was extended for an extra 60 seconds of the procedure. c.
How did the difference in each procedure affect each group in the long-term? (Infer part of your answer).
Longer procedure: The patients who had the longer procedure, with a non- painful ending found it less unpleasant, and they were more willing to register for a future colonoscopy. Shorter procedure: The patients who had the shorter procedure, had the more painful ending with more discomfort, and were less willing to register for a future colonoscopy. (10 points)

The examples demonstrate that the experience is not measured minute by minute, you tend to remember the overall experience, or if you are looking at something globally you will rate it as a high source of happiness and not the day struggle to get to where you want to be.
